Level all the way

Here is my route/minigame. For some reason, you start with a vulpix. You and your vulpix are trying to get up a tall mountain. You can find wild FAN pokemon here. They are:
Day ( 5 am to 7pm )
Sunflora level 1 ( so is your vulpix )
machop level 1
shinx level 1
Night:
HootHoot lvl 1
Lunatone lvl 1
Snorunt lvl 1.
When you see a pokemon you cannot capture it but you can 'tag' it. Also, plz make the pokemon encounters by chance. The next time that tagged pokemon is sawn by anybody thier vulpix's lvl goes down by 1. Every pkmn u kill gives vulpix 1 level. Your vulpix is not allowed to evolve untill level 100. At this level you may challenge rayquaza level 100. Also, pkmn's level go up as urs goes up!

Okay, It's nighttime and I see a lunatone! It knows spacial power ( makes it's attacks do 3 more damage, makes ur attacks do 3 less damage, and increases luck.), Ice beam ( has a possibility to freeze), and rock throw. I decide to tag the lunatone. BATTLE ENDS! my vulpix is lvl 1.

Am I the only one who plays this? Well more people will play it soon if they want to get to route 2... Anyways the sun is shining brightly high in the sky. Me and vulpix stop to look at it when one of the pokemon that roams the mountain by day, Shinx, attacks me. The shinx strikes first with a spark attack. My vulpix has 80/100 hp left. So, I use one of my only moves, ember, and fry the electric puppy to 70/100 health. The shinx growls lowering the amount of damage I can hit by 3. I don't care I strike with ember anyways. It has 48/100 health left. Almost got it! Shinx boosts the power of it's electric attacks with charge.This ups all electric attacks by 5 damage. I strike with ember another time. 28/100 health. Shinx strikes back with it's strength boosted spark attack. That leaves me with half of my hp left. With a final ember, my vulpix is up to level 2.

A wild Mochop appeared. My vulpix used ember and now mochop has 70/100. He uses bulkup Atk. up. I use ember again he has 46/100hp. He uses Karate chop I have 57/100. I use ember 1 more time and he faints. Vulpix lvls. up to lvl.2

A wild hoothoot apeared. I use ember it has 70/100hp. The hoothoot used tackle I have 90/100hp. I used another ember it has 50/100hp. It used another tackle crt. hit I have 70/100hp. I hit it one more time with ember crt. hit it faints my vulpix is lvl.3.

A wid Snorunt appeared. I use ember it has 65/1000. It used powder snow I have 80/100hp. I use another ember it has 25/100hp. It uses leer my atack went down. I finish it off with ember. My vulpix is now a lvl.4

Oh, no its a taged lunatone. The battle is over. My vulpix is now a lvl.3

A wlid Lunatone appeared it to hard to beat I'm going to tag it.

Another wild Hoothoot appeared It uses growl now my atacks do three less. I use ember it has 73/100. It used tackle I have 90/100hp. I use another ember it has 58/100hp. It uses tackle I have 85/100hp. I use another ember it has 35/100hp. It uses growl my atack is down. I use another ember its almost fainted with 15/100hp. It uses tackle I have 75/100hp. I finish it with ember my Vulpix is a lvl.4.

A wild Snorunt appeared I use ember crt. hit it has 50/100hp. It uses powder snow I have 90/100hp. I use another ember it has 10/100hp. It uses leer my atk. goes down. I use one more ember and it faints my vulpix is lvl.5.
